CMOS battery replacement

Because of the problems with Auto Power ON I was suggested by Customer Support to replace CMOS battery. They attached a picture of the Battery with two leads (RT-CMOS-07). Problem is, I don't see where it is located inside the PC. Anyone replaced it yet?

They sent me the same thing when auto start quit working. No idea where it is and why would the battery go dead in less than a year?

The battery is under the Motherboard. They suggested I replace it with the brand-new one. I bought the battery ($13 on Amazon). Took PC apart, problem is - MB is hot GLUED to the top panel of the PC box. In order to unglue it CS suggested I use 70% rubbing alcohol. But that spot is way in the middle there. Not sure I feel comfortable getting alcohol there without damaging any parts of the PC. Frustrating!
