Beelink N41 doesn't turn on after power surge

I have a Beelink N41 that will not power on after a power surge. Is there anything to troubleshoot and possibly repair or should it just be disposed?

Could you describe the problem with your machine in detail? Is it a black screen, a blue screen, or something else? Can the LED indicator of the power switch light up and the fan can rotate?

It is a black screen. Typically, when powered on, the indicator on the front face used to turn blue, but now it does not. It is a model Gemini N41 (S/N 4100HBNF70281), so it does not have a fan. If I use the same power cord with another Gemini N41, the light turns blue and it powers up as expected. I'm just wondering if there is anything I can test and possibly repair, or if I should just dispose of it. Thanks.

Could you try changing a cable that goes to the monitor? Or change to another HDMI port to try?
And please take out the SSD and RAM and then put them back , make sure they are  installed properly.
