SER3 - extremely laggy/choppy windows 11

Hey,

Anyone know a fix for this?
I tried to change power settings to maximum power.
Tried multiple AMD driver reinstalls

Watching the netflix app, and youtube, are extremely choppy and bog the system down. I'm pretty sure it should be able to run both of these things fine, so not sure what the issue could be. Going to try downgrading to windows 10 from 11, but not sure this is the fix I want. This should at least tell me if it's a software issue.

Anyone experience this before? using ser3 3750h on windows 11.

Update: downgraded to windows 10. same issue.
Looks like the problem is running desktop at 4k.

Hey, any update on this? I do not want to end up returning this because it wont run properly in 4k.
If you or anyone else has a bios to fix this, please share the link.

Thanks. I got the bios, updated, reinstalled windows 11, but no change at all. Still very laggy in 4k desktop in windows.
Any other ideas?
