Very slow SATA hdd write speed

im own gtr5 products which is 3550h. I have installed the new 2tb hdd as internal but its writes too slow (about 8 to 20 mb/second).

What am I doing wrong? I'm trying to transfer a lot of iso files to hdd. It's not small files and this speed pisses me off so much

I have confirmed that is HDDs fault. You can delete the post.
