Cannot Re-Install Windows on Beelink BT3 Pro

After a re-install of Windows the WIfi and Sound drivers on my BT3 Pro did not function, and the Bluetooth device was not found.

I contacted Beelink for help and they sent me links to files for the Windows image and additional drivers and instructions on re-installing from the image.

I have followed the steps in the instructions, but I get this error:

BT3 Pro Win Install Error

Can anyone tell me what is wrong?

You can find a 16GB USB drive.》Format the USB disk into NTFS format in Disk Manager.》Unzip the system files and copy them directly to the root directory of the USB flash drive.》Then try installing it again
