Stop Android from "Checking USB drive... reviewing current content?

Hi I have beelink gs-king x with two 14tb inside, every startup it takes an hour for android to scan these with that mssg and you can't do nothing while is doing that.

It makes me not want to turn it off but energy cost means I have to. Is there a way to disable it?

在客户没有访问硬盘的时候，应该让硬盘保持休眠状态，停止运转。
