U59 shuts down

I bought U59 to work asto use as always on server
I set Power settings Sleep to Never Sleep, monitor off after 5 minutes
But after a while the U59 shuts off by itself. Hopw can I set it toi be always on and never go to sleep. iT is no use for me if it shuts down

I am on Ubuntu 22.04 and I also use this machine as a home server. I have a similar problem like you but happens every a day or more.

Suddenly the device becomes unreachable from network. Connecting to a monitor has no image, although the power LED is on.
A hard reset only solves the problem.

I see that noones from beelink team replies to such cases and I am afraid we will not get any help.
