Notice "Error Code 224002: This Video Cannot Be Played"

Hi all, I own a TV box Beelink GT king with serial number B922H with the latest firmware version 919P0 and unfortunately I can't play any videos through any browser. Notice "Error Code 224002: This Video Cannot Be Played" is always displayed.

I have tried the following browsers in different versions including the latest: Chrome, Samsung browser, Opera, FireFox. They all have the same problem and I won't run any video on them.  I own another Chinese tv android box (H96 Max) and there is no problem there. Can anyone help me solve this problem?  Beelink, any recommendations, please?

I have never had this error ( at least not yet ... )
