Windows Update On shutdown Chokes Computer

Greetings,

We bought this SEI box literally 6 months ago and just started using it a week ago. It is surprisingly fast and smooth. I really like it. That is until last night when I shutdown it wanted to do a windows update and shutdown then attempted to reboot but got stuck.


A blue screen appeared with the stop code: "Inacessible Boot Device"

Then it moved onto a black screen witha bee line logo and it gets stuck and just says: "Preparing Automatic Repair" and cannot get past that.

How do I address the "Inacessible Boot Device" problem? The F keys seem to not work to get anywhere after that and I am just dead in the water.

The computer is 6 months old but never used like I said until just recently.

Any ideas on what I can do to fix this?

Hi.
Your SEI has a blue screen problem after updating the system, which means that the system update has failed. With this problem, you can perform a system recovery, or reinstall the system.
