Wake on Lan (WoL) is kinda standardized. there are lot of free apps at the app stores and check wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wake-on-LAN

using a tasker or remote app, you could shut down and wake up the pc with a button or on a timer-

it works better if you dont shut the pc down, but just send it into Standby / Sleep Mode. the power consumption in S3 Sleep is negligible. if the pc is shut down, it could require i couple of wake up tries.

this morning my ser4 4800u did wake up from shut down after the 6th WoL trigger.
