I'm not getting any sound from the headphone jacks into headphones on my GKmini. HDMI sound works just fine, but I can't hear anything when I switch it over to Intel Smart Sound Technology.
Hello, the correct audio output port was selected, and the driver was installed. I was able to resolve this issue by setting up an external USB audio adaptor which works. Something else is wrong.

Hi, after i update windows 11, my beelink GK35 can't find earphone or microphone audio in device manager, and audio output only HDMI, I can't hear via audio jack 3.5 , and in device manager i see usb Device Descriptor Request Failed

Could you please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC and a picture of purchase record ? Let's do some troubleshooting. Here are some potential solutions:
1.Please right click window--click “”setting“---Sound----more sound setting --click "playback"--right click speaker---properties--controller information ---properties---update the driver. You also need to check if the speakers is disabled or not in the playback setting.
