This is happening with a new SEI8 (SEi8II-G-16512810W64PRO) with an Intel i5 8279u CPU, 16GB Ram, and 500GB ssd. My PC randomly freezes for 2 to 10 seconds then resumes normally untill the next freeze. When this happens I can't move the cursor, type or do anything. This has been happening since I set up the PC and logged into Windows. I tried reinstalling Windows but the problem persists. Windows diagnostics says there is a problem with the Generic Audio Driver (doesn't specify which audio driver), but offers no solutions. I'm using the Intel(R) Display Audio which is working fine. Your site only has SEI 1005G1, SEI 8259U, and SEI 10110U but nothing for 8279U. I would like to fix this freezing issue instead of having to return my Mini PC to Amazon.
Thanks,
Jerry
