The dsplay options are not allowing me to set the screen resolution to 4K @ 60Hz.
Specs:
-PC Beelink GTI 8+256G
-i5-8259U processor with integrated Iris Plus Graphics 655
-Dual 8Gb RAM SO-DIMM DDR4 2400MHz
-256Gb NVME SSD
-Windows 10 Pro

Troubleshooting:
-I have a 4k HDR TV (75UK61) that I am using as a monitor and the specifications for my TV state that it is capable of displaying 60Hz.
-I am using the HDMI port.
-When trying to use the Display port, I get no signal on the display.

-When I go into Display Settings>Advanced Display Settings>Display Adapter Properties For Display 1>List All Modes, I only see 30Hz available.
-I have checked all the drivers and everything is up to date and there are no outstanding windows updates.

Any suggestions on how to fix this issue? Suppot does not seem to respond to requests...

This is an IRRESPONSIBLE answer. They asked how to support a resolution and refresh rate that your specifications say to support.

And you have the guts to tell them to just use a lower resolution? WTF?

You need to either tell people how to get EXACTLY what the specifications say, or change your specifications and offer these people a refund.

Spec says 4K 60 is supported. The first thing I would check is the rating of the HDMI cable, maybe swap the cable with a better one and try.
