Gemini M bricked after BIOS Update

Hi Beelink
my PC does not start : The LEDs remain on continuously, the fan is on, but nothing on the screen. The Bios is not running.
is there a way:
- BIOS update : https://www.mediafire.com/folder/uboi7q7drvnev/Beelink_Gemini_M
- rebooting
- The LEDs remain on continuously, the fan is on, but nothing on the screen
- clr cmos doesn't work.
