Can you remove the bottom cover of your machine and provide pictures of the front and back of your motherboard? We suspect that your machine is not with this SN code
You can use a strong suction object to open the back cover

ok, but here is the SN for the above box. I bought 5 boxes so all of them turn on automatically after turning off. So this is the box for the above information. I can open up the mother board if needed.
