Is there a OTA to stop auto turn back on

I just received 5 boxes and they power up fine but when I turn off they auto power back up. The firmware build is 915PO_wol
Will you be able to send OTA to fix? Thank you much,

Yes, I have tried that. The other 5 boxes worked fine. I checked settings good boxes vs bad boxes. For some reason i shut off and it powers back up.
