Error: Tasker App Factory doesen't work! - SOLVED

Hi, GT-King B922 with latest fw 912P0. The lastest version of Taker App Factory v5.12.21 doesn't work. In logcat I had this error:
error: Couldn't ask for permission to write to Tasker/factory/kids forder: No Activity found to handle Intent { act=android.intent.action.OPEN_DOCUMENT_TREE (has extras)

I noticed that it's the same problem describes in this my old post that affected also other apps. Is it possibile to fix it? Googling I found this

A couple things come to mind...

1) Go into settings, apps, that app, permissions and see if is granted storage permissions. IF not then add it yourself, reboot and test.
2) Another way is to add permissions for that app using the ADB shell commands... i dont remember the exact command line but you should be able to search for it in 'google'
3) If your box is still rooted, there is probably a command you could issue from a terminal prompt... also check 'google' for that

Hope one of these works for you ...

Hi, I realized a little video to show the error but I used another app called "LAN Drive - SAMBA Server & Client" installed from PlayStore. As you can see when I try to import a file the app shows the error.

Hi, were you able to create the same problem? If it can be useful the same error is present in the Total Commander app (always installable from PlayStore). I attach video

It works!

It will be added to the next firmware vers. 919P0 or is it ok to install this .apk after the upgrade from 912P0 to 919P0 version?
