if I enter the user the processor always remains at very high frequency levels, the fan goes constantly strong and the 16 gb ram memory grows slowly until it reaches 99% of utilization. if I disable the fingerprint sensor from the device manager, everything returns to normal, ram and processor to normal levels

sorry, but do you read the posts there? I have already written that with old drivers it is worse! with those microsoft updates after a few days it gives me the error of the photos. old drivers are not the solution! I discovered the process that when the problem gives me my memory grow is that of the photo. so it is a driver problem which is not seen correctly by microsoft.
