Two weeks ago i buy this box with serial number

From the first day, radomly, 2-3 times per day, for 2-3 minutes each time, the audio have problem. The problem begin slowly (from good to bad) and after 2-3 minutes fix again slowly.
This problem happend everywhere.
Iptv, kodi, media players....
If i quit from program, open sound settings, change the output audio from HDMI to somethig else and return to HDMI, the sound fix immediately. If i wait, the sound fix by own after 2-3 minutes.
What can i do?
Is box problem, my settings problem or what?
I buy this box 190 euro. To much money for me (i am from Greece and buy this box from Greece).
Must i go to shop to change it?
I wait for your answer.
