Have you made any settings?
because you are the first to report this problem so far, we have not  ...

Hello, no setup I didn't do I just updated my GT King Pro as I described in my last post. Therefore, I do not understand why the icon of any application I have installed will always appear there. Can't advise me how to fix it?
It occurred to me that the +/- add remove icon will show up if I have few applications added, if I add everything I have installed, the +/- icon will change to an application icon. It's quite a mystery for me, I thought that after the update it would be fixed and it didn't happen, unfortunately ...

Hi there

Sorry for the inconvenience caused

You cannot use the simpler method because you cannot access the desktop

When using USB, please unchecked Erase bootloader

Only the OTA method can save the EMMC data, other methods can not save

Hi Beelink Support,

I reported earlier that after upgrading from 914P0 to 916P0, the GT Kinp Pro (SA9HH) is stuck at the "Remote Control Setting Screen" and you have advise me to reburn the firmware using USB Method to resolve the situation.  So far I have not reburn the new frimware, as I was waiting for your response on which firmware to burn 917P0 or 918P0 but so far NO response.  Appreciate your advise which firmware should I upgrade to.

Recently I notice when I am trying to start up Linux or CoreElec the "Android Recovery" do pop-up which have many options that I am not familiar with.
Android Recovery
Amlogic/galilei/galilei
9/PPR1.180610.011/20210303
userdebug/test-keys

Reboot system now
Reboot to bootloader
Apply update from ADB
Apply update from EXT
Wipe cache partition
Mount /system
View recovery logs
Run graphics test
Run locale test
Power off

The question I have if I am able to get to "Android Recovery" screen, is there a way to resolve my current with any of the "Android Recovery" options or commands?  Appreciate your input and guidance.  Thank you.

Hello, I had the same ... Put the update using SD on 916P0 and then OTA on 918P0_wol_bt.  You have a version of the box with a serial number like SA9H and be sure to notice a problem after upgrading to 918P0 that the system icon +/- overlaps any of the installed applications if you put them on the desktop at least 16, 17. Try it and see that I'm right.  So far, no one has noticed what is striking ... I warned Bwelink's support in FW 917P0_wol_bt where the icon began to overlap with an application.  If it doesn't work out or fix it along with other bugs, I'll get another Android box.  Have a nice day.

Hello Beelink support, so I found that the error is on your side since the last fw without errors was 916P0_wol. I put the factory, reinstalled the fw using USB, but nothing worked. It occurred to me that I would put an older fw 916P0_wol there using SD and behold everything was without problems. I tried to install more applications in fw 916P0_wol about 20 and everything was fine, the +/- icon (add and remove applications was not lost ...) It is astonishing that no one noticed and certainly others must have it, not just yes. When I put the OTA update from 916P0 to 918P0_wol_bt, the +/- icon was lost and there is already an icon of some installed application ... so it follows that in the last two fw there is this error that I accidentally noticed.
If about 14.15 applications are added, the +/- icon is fine, but if I guess there are 16, 17, the +/- icon will disappear and the icon of one of the installed applications will appear. I know it's a banality, but it's a mistake you certainly haven't noticed. Dear Beelink, try adding at least those 17 apps to your desktop and you will see that I am right. Have a nice day and would like to fix it.
