GT-King Pro firmware：917P0

Hello dear beelink,

so after the latest update in FW 918P0_wol_bt again the same error see. picture ... What's up with that ??? I updated it to OTA, but there was no fix.
Where can there be a problem, some advice or a remedy from you?

I did not read your message/response earlier.  Just read it.  For more than two weeks I cannot use the GT King Pro to stream video.

I am not clear how you get your GT King Pro to get out of the "Remote Control Setting Screen".  May be you can assist by explaining the steps you take to be able to get out of the stuck "Remote Control Setting Screen" to the normal Android Launch Screen.  I do have another small "wireless keypad" and also normal wired keypad and mouse that I can connect to the GT King Pro.

Maybe it can be modified after you update the 918P0

Still the same, nothing was fixed, see. my last picture ... When will it be fixed, whether or not I have this error.

Did you encounter this problem through the normal OTA update? We can’t reproduce your phenomenon

As reported earlier, my GT King Pro (SA9HH) after upgrading from 914P0 to 916P0 using Local Update the device now is stuck at "Remote Control Setting Screen" (SettingMbox v1.2.5) whenever I turn on the GT King Pro.  It is now three weeks that I cannot use Android OS or Android to stream video.  

So far it does not automatically OTA update/upgrade to 917P0 or 918P0 firmware?  I have raised this question a few times, will my device in current status stuck at "Remote Control Setup Screen" automatically update/upgrade when new OTA firmware like 917P0, 918P0 or 919P0 are available?  How to do it?

Hello Beelink support, this problem occurred after the last USB update from version 916P0 to version 917P0.  Now it happened to me during the OTA update to 918P0 and I still don't know what the anomaly could be ...

Hi Beelink Support,

Thanks for responding, if you use USB Cable method, if I "Uncheck" both Erase Bootloader and Flash, will it work? That is not to erase the emmc?  I am trying not to erase the data on the emmc.

Which firmware should I use 918P0 or 917P0?  Appreciate you input and guide on how not to erase the emmc data if possible.
The reason I am raising all this is because I have not use /done USB Cable Method to update/upgrade GT King Pro before. I have always used OTA or Local Update i.e. SD Card method.
