I noticed on the forum a few people saying they had problems. (see links below).Can anyone confirm if there are any specific procedures required to complete this succesfully? I was looking to replace the internal SSD with a bigger drive and copy across or clone the existing windows image using clone software, something like this:

Can anyone confirm this will work as it would normally do? Does it maintain the windows activation?
Alternatively, if I install windows from new using a freshly downloaded windows 10 image from Microsoft, are there any extra procedures necessary?
