So I got my U57 today.

Plugged it in with a wireless mouse and hdmi and it worked. I was able to configure windows, etc.

I then tried to install a new disc. The images in the manual do not match the cables (the same as the video in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v= ... ;ab_channel=Beelink) so I followed the video for GK55 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v= ... ;ab_channel=Beelink) since the cable I got with my unit is the one with the "M" and "L" letters.

The system would not start after I added this disk, not even to bios.

I then removed the disk but now it does not start. When I press the power button either it goes down immediately or after a few seconds. Nothing is displayed in the monitor. I removed the bottom cover and a red light in the original SSD blinks but nothing else happens.

This unit is only a few hours old!

What can I do?

Hi,

Yes I tried with M and L position swapped.

I then removed the extra disk (so only the original one is connected) and it still does not boot.

Hi,

Yes I tried with M and L position swapped.

Since you deleted the hard drive, it may cause it to go wrong, I suggest you directly find the seller to replace it instead of continuing the installation, because the normal use of it may be affected by the wrong installation
