Please tell me your current Bios version and EC version，or could you provide pictures of them

I tried to reply earlier but my message got moderated I guess for including links.

Mine shows:
Core Version 5.14
Compliancy UEFI 2.7; PI 1.6
Project Version MPC31V007 x64
EC Version V005

I haven't noticed any improvement with this version of the BIOS. I have a video recording where you can hear the fan behaviour but I'm not sure how to post it without my message getting automodded.

This is very strange. For the same question, why the previous person’s upgrade was effective and your upgrade was invalid. You may ask him if he is different from you.
