Search 'google' .... IF its an AUTHENTIC request, that would be from a company that tries to hunt down heirs from somebodies estate.
HOWEVER, if this is happening on a brand NEW box ... it would make me believe that it is actually a USED box
OR
That the firmware on that box is comprimised with a scam OR personal information collector.
IF you never set it up at all, then i suggest RETURN immediately !!
