GT King Pro - Debian10 Buster Firmware with 5.12 Mainline Kernel

Hi @darkstar,

Is there a way to convert the Khadas Vim3 Mainline images to boot up on GT King Pro.  I had tried a few of the pre-built mainline Khadas Vim3 images but it does not boot up with the gtking-pro.dtb. I noticed on your Debian 5.10.12 image you had been able to include the chainloader u-boot.ext and this boot up fine on.

Is there a way (script?) to convert the mainline Khadas Vim3 image to boot up with the chainloader u-boot.ext?

I try Manjaro there is no problem with ufw or iptables... Please @darkstar can you build new debian  ...

I build another firmware with Linux-5.12 Mainline Kernel.

Noticed you have a new Debian Buster 5.12 build.  Just wondering whether you have a Ubuntu Focal 5.12 build?  With Focal we can try out the Panfrost using Oibaf graphics drivers and also there is a possibility to upgrade via Fenix.list without having to burn new image whenever there is a update available.

I build Ubuntu image with 5.12 kernel twice but it didn't worked properly.
Maybe due to my usb drive or something else, I didn't like it.

If you need Ubuntu with latest 5.12 I can built a proper one.

It will great to be able to try out Ubuntu with the latest kernel 5.12.y with Panfrost (and Wayland) built specially for GT King Pro and have the potential to upgrade via fenix.list link provided it not too much trouble for you.

I notice Khadas had pre-built image for latest ubuntu focal v1.0.5 mainline kernel 5.12 avaialble http://build.khadas.com/khadas/fenix/images/VIM3/Ubuntu/SD-USB/.  Per my understanding as I have tried to burn Khadas Vim3 mainline kernel 5.10-rc6 images before by replacing the dtb file to meson-g12b-gtking-pro.dtb does not boot on GT King Pro.  
Is there a way to get it to boot, example, by replacing the Vim3 Ubuntu focal /boot with your Debian boot-5.12 (but not using any of your Debian related initrd, uinitrd, zImage, vmlinuz, etc but use all the rest) will it work?  Or is there a script that you have created to be able to make Vim3 image by Khadas to boot up on GT King Pro?

flash image and overwrite /boot partition from the file below.
on login select wayland option, other two options does not log you in.
anyway this image freezes like my previous ubuntu builds, good luck to you
