WOL is not working.

I tried the following methods for WOL. (1~6)
Is there something that I missed?

Also, I can't find any setting for WOL at CMOS(BIOS).
Maybe is WOL enabled as default?

1. "Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller" Advanced Properties
  - Energy-Efficient Ethernet : Disabled
  - Green Ethernet : Disabled
  - Power Saving Mode : Disabled
  - Shutdown Wake-On-Lan : Enabled
  - Wake on Magic Packet : Enabled
  - Wake on magic packet when system ~ : Enabled
  - Wake on pattern match : Enabled
  - WOL & Shutdown Link Speed : 10 Mbps First

2. "Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller" Power Management Properties
  - Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power : unchecked

3. Power Options - System Settings
  - Turn on fast startup : unchecked

4. Windows Features
  - Simple TCPIP services (i.e. echo, daytiem etc) : checked

5. Realtek Lan driver Update
  - version 10.45.928.2020 (2020-09-28)

6. Windows update
