Hi,

I have a small problem with my new tv box.

I have 3 Wifi networks (All of them 2.4GHz)

1/ Huawei HG658b. ADSL

2/ Linksys WAG320N. ADSL
3/ TP-Link TL-MR3420. Access Point from Huawei HG658b via LAN cable

Wifi Signal drop only on one wifi network, Which is TP-Link TL-MR3420.

Other networks work perfectly. But I have to use TP-Link TL-MR3420. Because Huawei HG658b too far and Linksys WAG320N have a slow ADSL Line Speed.

So, What the problem with TP-Link TL-MR3420? What can I do to make it stop signal dropping?

There are many things that can cause a WiFi dropout.  The fact it works "perfectly" with the other routers but not the TP-Link indicates it's a problem with the TP-Link either firmware of some setting you need to adjust.

Here are a few things to consider to start:
Is the TP-Link set to a specific channel or does it automatically choose a channel?
If it's set to one which one and have you tried changing it.

Might be something as simple as a firmware update for the TP-Link: http://forum.tp-link.com/showthr ... 3G-in-Wireless-Mode

I think you'll have better results with a Google search.

Good luck.

I did change the channel between 1, 7 and 13. none work with GT1. All work on other devices.

I thinks I have to update this router. I hope that worksز
