When I connect Samsung Level U bluetooth headphone/mic to my Beelink GTR-Pro, I don't find the results satisfactory:

1) the sound infrequently cuts in/out when I sit IN FRONT of the computer
2) the sound consistently cuts in/out outside of 10 feet - even in direct sight of the computer (no walls or barriers)
3) complete loss of sound if more than 30 feet and a single interior wall is encountered

I use the same headphones at work and can get as much as 100 feet and multiple walls & cubicles away from my office HP laptop, so I doubt the headphones are the problem.

I had anticipated being able to listen to streaming TV/audio or conduct a Zoom/Webex/Skype/Teams audio call without having to be tethered to the Beelink PC.
Is there a driver update that could impact bluetooth transmission or is this a hardware limitation/defect?

I have the exact same problem with bluetooth cutting in and out.  Is there a fix?

I have this issue with the beelink gtr.

My GT-R is using the following driver.
Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R)
Driver Provider: Intel Corporation
Driver Date: 4/22/2020
Driver Version: 21.90.2.1

I don't think I have any good bluetooth stuff to test it with. I have my bluetooth headphones at work.

I think we have software and the antenna, which are the only things that will affect how the bluetooth works. I'd have to look at all the pictures of the internals to hopefully find out where the bluetooth module and antenna are at. I think the entire case of the GT-R is aluminum, but the WiFi seems to work well.

Testing for 2 minutes at about 10-12 feet from the (mini) computer, I don't seem to have any sound cutting out.

Testing with a Blitzwolf BW-BTS4, Bluetooth 5.0 (which I don't recommend due to poor sound quality):

I forgot to come back to this thread.

I raised the distance to 25 feet from the GTR and the sound was cutting out as you describe. It probably doesn't go 3 seconds without a major blip or random noise.

Hello, if your Bluetooth signal is not good, you can try to remove the 2.5-inch hard drive to check if it will improve the Bluetooth signal

I don't have a 2.5 inch drive installed.

I have: 32 gigs of ram 2x16 GB, 1 NVME M.2 SSD, 1 SATA M.2 SSD. I guess I'm posting in the GTR Pro section, which does come with a 2.5 inch drive. I added my system info to my signature.
I can't remember what the inside looks like. There might be a thin steel tray for the 2.5 inch drive. Do you recommend that I take that out?

I just watched an ETA Prime video of the inside and the plate that holds the 2.5 inch hard drive also has the thermal pads for the SSD's. I don't think I should take that out.

I only refer to 2.5-inch hard drives, you can check whether there is a SATA connection that affects the Bluetooth signal

Well, I'm not using a 2.5-inch hard drive, so I can't remove it.

I can remove the SATA M.2 drive if you think that might help, but I don't think the other people in the thread are using SATA M.2 drives.

Where are the downloads for firmware updates and driver updates located on the Beelink website?
