error remote control not work

hi everyone today I got the Beelink GS-King X. the remote control doesn't work. I put the batteries and the dongle but it doesn't work. is there any particular procedure to do to synchronize it? thank you

If your remote control cannot be used, please confirm whether the battery is installed and the USB dongle in the battery compartment is inserted into the OTG port. The above operations are all performed normally. Please check the picture and re-pair the USB dongle with the remote control
