You can find biometric drivers in the device manager

Thanks for reply.

I removed.  Rebooted.  It didn't seem to come back.  But when I rebooted again it was there.

It's still doesn't work properly.

I will wait for a fix.

the problem is in the latest version of windows 10, 2004. In version 1909 it works. The driver is unattainable

Sorry, due to the Spring Festival, I did not reply to you in time
We recently updated the fingerprint sensor driver. Have you updated it?

Hi there

Please check the tutorial below

Don't you have the separate driver to install it offline?

The fingerprint sensor already works in the latest version of Windows. It is updated through Windows update. But I would like you to put it to install it offline, in case there is no internet option to install it

Worked under Windows 10, until an update about 11/2021... stopped working.  Reinstalled clean copy of Windows 11 (which Beelink sent me).  Reader worked again.  But about 2 weeks ago, the reader stopped validating finger prints.  I records fine.  But it now never validates any finger reported.  So I purchased a $20 finger print reader (USB based) and it works fine.  So something with the software is an issue with Windows 11 again.  I have a spare NME SSD, so thinking I will reinstall Windows 11 again, and see if I can isolate which 11 Pro update maybe causing the problem.

This problem still exists in June 2023 on the Beelink 6900HX GTR which shipped with Windows 11.

Mine intermittently works and I can't see any regularity in when it will work or not. Reboot, power down and up, sleep and wake... nothing consistently works or fails, though mostly it fails.
