FINGERPRINT SENSOR PROBLEM

Hi.
I just buy a gt-r mini pc
I found a problem with the fingerprint sensor.
I don't now if is a driver problem but when i restart the machine remotly throug rdp and the machine startup again the login screen start blinking and the machine start to make a louder noise and when disable the fingerprint sensor to log in on windows 10 the machine works perfectly

Regarding this problem, we are trying to solve it. You can first try to uninstall the driver and then reinstall it to check if this problem can be solved.

Hi, I see the same issue with my GTR-Pro

It's only when you RDP to the machine and disabling the finger print reader in Device Manager stops the high CPU usage.
I've tried uninstalling and re-installing but still the same.
There's no later driver for the finger print reader that I can find.
It happened with the version of Windows 10 that came with the PC and also after upgrading to October 2020 update.

I tried reinstalling the driver but still doens't work. Is that a known issue with the latest windows 10?

On my GTR I also have problems with the fingerprint reader. It only works for me when I start the computer, when I lock the computer to go to eat or etc, the fingerprint reader stops working, it's a bummer. Hope the creators of the GTR fix it quickly. A greeting!.

My fingerprint reader sensor has not worked since the upgrade to Windows 10 Pro 20H2. I love my new GT-R, I am registered blind and this PC works really well with the power hungry screen reader magnifier called ZoomText.
SO PLEASE PROVIDE A WORKING DRIVER for this.

No response here after 6 days so emailed support who said "Thank you for your letter and feedback
You can uninstall your fingerprint driver and then reinstall the driver
Please see the attachment for the driver details (the attachment contains all the drivers)". Not surprisingly I had already tried this, but followed the links and instructions to uninstall the fingerprint reader and install the new drivers.
THIS IS STILL NOT WORKING and clearly an issue with Windows 20H2.
I am new to this FORUM and surprised by the lack of activity, am I doing something wrong?

Hello everyone,
I think this is the driver issue and nothing to do with Bee-link as manufacturer.

I think the device gets busy after the first login, Can anyone try to close the login screen and open it again this way it will work again.

It is the same situation in linux where we for the drivers to work but its getting busy if the login screen is not opened quickly.

Let us try to find the issue and help the manufacturer with debugging so they can fix it soon.

You can find biometric drivers in the device manager
