Turns on but have Black Screen of Death

Have had the T4 Mini PC for under a year. All of a sudden it will turn on, but graphics are terrible (pixilated, and scattered). After it turns on, we try to log in but we get the black screen of death. Is this a known issue? Any fix? Looked up Window 10 issues but CT+ALT +DELETE doesn't do anything, still black screen.

I would like to ask, does this problem only appear when you enter the system, or does it appear in the boot logo as soon as you boot? Can I enter the bios interface?
