Hi

After months of using G1 Ultimate it has suddenly stopped any display. Tried multiple different HDMI cables but no output.
I see Beelink logo once or twice after restart but then it goes to black screen.

It's a AX12GS 32G - please help, can I recover it ?

Thanks

When did you buy the machine

Please try to burn the firmware to see if it can solve your problem. The following is the firmware and tutorial (please use a USB cable)

Hi again, I have just tried but the USB Burning Tool does not detect the device.
Tried with the pin reset but nothing happens. I either dont get the HDMI output at all or it comes off with Beelink logo and then goes blank again.
Anything else I could try?

Tried with the pin  ...

Please try to replace the computer, replace the usb cable, replace the usb interface, and try to uninstall and reinstall the flashing software again. If none of the above methods work, please contact me again
