I asked the question as part of another thread - does anyone know if the above spec outputs multi-channel (5.1) audio via the HDMI?

Thank you again. I just wanted to check as I thought it wasn't doing so.
I'm testing the HDMI to HDMI converter box that extracts audio to L/R RCA + 3.5mm stereo + digita Toslink SPDIF as well as passing the HDMI video + audio for the eBay seller I bought it from.
I will test the input HDMI from another source that I know is multi-channel but so far, it does exactly "what it says on the tin": HDMI to the TV providing video + audio plus any, or all, of the other audio streams

I'm testing the HDMI to HDM ...

What you said is a bit complicated and I don't quite understand, can you give me a video too?
Do you still have any problems?

When I updated my GT-King to 910P0 I lost the option of more than 1 audio output stream as noted in other threads. I bought an electronic box that uses a DAC to create another audio stream from the HDMI output, until an update (hopefully) gives me the option back on my GT-King. The seller I bought the extra box from asked if I could test it so that he could answer any questions other buyers might have. While testing, I noticed that the audio stream in the GT-King's HDMI output was only stereo, not multi channel (5.1) that the file I was playing, contained. Hopefully that's a bit clearer.
