Hello, I have a problem with my GT-King bought some months ago.

When I try to turn it on, the LED lights up without transmitting anything to the TV. There is no sound and no video and so there is no way to communicate with the box.

Could the video card have burned out?

Somebody can help me?

Thanks

Hmm it sounds daft but is it possible that you're hdmi lead is suspect. Maybe buy a HDMI 2.1 lead...you can find them quite cheap online?

Have you tried to replace the hdmi cable? Are other machines working properly on this monitor?
Have you gone through any operations that caused the situation, such as updating the firmware incorrectly
Can you provide me with your SN code? At the bottom of your machine

Yes, I have tried with different hdmi cables and monitors and I also have other devices which are perfectly working on my current tv configuration.
Also no, I don't have updating the firmware at all.

If the power indicator of your GT-King can still light up after plugging in the power, but there is no signal when connected to HDMI, you can try to use the AV port to check whether it can be used. If the AV port can be used normally, it may be that your HDMI port is broken, please contact our after-sales mailbox to arrange maintenance.
