I bought the U10 component and picked up the one that was burned out. But before putting the new one back I have checked that the capacitors around U10 have a short circuit to ground.

I don't think they are all wrong. There must be another integrated with problems. Can you give me information on the other components that may be faulty? Component values? I don't know the value of the capacitors if I have to replace them. And the schematic of the motherboard ?. Can you send the 220-12-5 Volt power supply?
