I had a U55 minipc before and it was like I didn't know if it was on or off, i mean the fan was not nearly audible unless doing some heavy work.
I opened today my new U57 and the fan is always on unless i leave the pc completely unused; even now i'm only writing this, the fan is rotating at high speed.
Is it normal? Home temperature is under 26 celsius, cpu temperature is 50 celsius right now.
Sorry, but in order to dissipate heat as much as possible, U57 is set to continuously boot. It is normal for the CPU chip to be 50 celsius, please don't worry

Yes, I understand the need to dissipate heat, but it is very loud.
Maybe it goes full throttle while it could spin at a certain lower %.
Do I miss some beelink driver for win10 which manages correctly the fan speed, or a bios misconfiguration?

The link http://bee-link.com/forum.php?mo ... 1109&fromuid=127253 for the fan noise guide seems to be broken. I have an SEI8-8279U with the same fan noise issue and got the fan controller you recommended but then I took apart the SEI8 and had no idea how I was going to install the controller.
Any tips would greatly help. I don't know how the internals and fan of the U57 compare to the SEI8.
