problem Wifi and Bluetooth

I have the porblem Wifi can't concect it on the image and Bluetooth is like on the picture ask me always close it all the time
How I can fix it ??
- I have to Reset factory already but not good .
- I have to Flash FW on PC already but not good (I try only 909PO because my box Series SB9HH but stardard on the box 910PO)
