X55 random crashes

Hello,

my client just bought an gemini x55 from amazon. It came with W10 1709 and we are experiencing crashes (bluescreens).
The crashes apear to be random, since it somethimes takes an hour to crash and sometimes only 5 to 10 minutes. I've updated to W10 2004 - tried different drivers - unplugged everything besides the screen and keyboard - same issue.

I would like to see if there is a bios update available, where can I find the latest bios (and original drivers if I have to reinstall) ?

I am downloading the "GEMINI X55_HOME_X641903 .zip" right now.  Even tho re-installing the system might help, I would rather not. Instead I'd like to update the BIOS first if there is a newer version - what is the latest version, and where can I find it?

The second link is "Window 10 System How to check the system version information"and not an installation tutorial. Can you link the correct one?

Better return it. New product should not have crash issue.

Sorry for the trouble caused by my mistake, I'm really sorry.Bios is currently not updated

Thank you for the correct link.

Is there anything else that I can try in case reinstalling doesn't work? Specific tests to find the problem, or some other firmware maybe.

I am also not sure what problems you will have, you can contact us once there is a problem, we will tell you

I successfully downloaded the image and prepared the flash drive.

Unfortunatly I am receiving the same bluescreen while flashing. I tried two different flash drives (2.0 and 3.0) at different usb ports, but I can't even fully flash the device. Please see the attachment.

Anything else that I can do?
