Hi guys,
I tried since 5 days (a parcel is at customs in China for you since the 19.6.2020 and nobody is taking care about it) to contact Beelink by:
Email - normally this contact worked, we got told to send the parcel by email - but for roughly 3 weeks, no response at all anymore.
Facebook (get a message to contact by Whatsapp and Skype) - done, but...
No feedback on Whatsapp and Skype (even not on the official Skype account)
Calling since days both telephone numbers - nobody picks up the phone
Texted on Twitter - no response
Texted on Instagram - no response
Now - this is my last idea - please - who can tell me a contact way which works? I run out of time - I fear that my box goes return or gets destroyed.
