error Uboot/Get result/DiskInitial

Hi everyone,

I was watching youtube and suddenly my Beelink GT1 Ultimate (S/N B706DBGG00023) crashed. I started it and the Beelink was on the TV screen with no progress.

Following the instructions on the Beelink forum, I tried to flash it with the USB tool, but I get to 7% (best case scenario) with the Uboot/Get result/DiskInitial error:

I have tried all sort of ROMs I could find for my model but no luck

The last one I used was the USB cable firmware:
GT1_709D0_20180702

I have sent you an email with screenshots and logs, can you please advise?

Any possible idea what I can do?


It is driving me crazy! I do not want to throw away my Beelink.
