Geforce Now Issue (Freezing video stream)

Hi, I have an issue with Geforce Now.

After less then minute or two the video stream is freezing for 10-20 seconds while audio is continue playing and controls seems working ok. Geforce now overlay is working ok too (so only video stream is frozen). I have Geforce now also installed on the Android Philips TV and there is no such issue.

Please help me solve this issue.

Just installed 2020-07-21 firmware update. It seems it fixed this issue (or maybe it was just nvidia geforce update - have no way to check it)

But so far this issue is solved.

and second video - https://youtu.be/Jg0RmEpcwvY - you can see that while game video is frozen, but app's overlay working fine.

at the same time 'geforce now' app at tv is working without any issues...

I would like to ask is this problem occurs only when playing the game? If yes, it may be that our product is not compatible with the game. Will this problem occur with other applications?

Geforce Now is game streaming software. is basically remote access to the nvidia's gaming pc somewhere in the cloud. so it is probably something wrong with 'GeForce now' app on gt-king pro. And it would be really a shame if there is no way to fix it. as it really give cool option to play a lot of games on this device.

I've also had a bad experience with Steam In-Home Streaming using the Android Steam Link app. This box is just useless for me now. It's not worth the money.

Are you having any problems? Does it mean that our device is not compatible with Steam?
