Hi!
My computer worked a little less than two years and now stopped responding to the inclusion. The power supply of the external unit sits from 12 to 5 volts, (the power supplies tried different ones) inside the chip housing (MB3243I), near the input socket of the power supply is strongly heated. I am in Moscow, tell me where can I be repaired? Or at least buy a chip, I'll rewrite myself.

Yes, I forgot to write, the indicator naturally did not shine, just in case turned off the battery, but this did not correct the situation, it seems to be a problem with the power of the device, or rather with the stabilizer chip, which is warming

Could you take a closer look at the U10 chip? The picture shows the U10 chip, you can also take a picture of your U10 chip and send it to us

Hi!

Did you replace the capacitor with new one or just removed it?

My X45 stopped working yesterday, power button only lights up for a second when I plug the power adapter. When I press it the CPU fan start running for split second then stops.

I tried the removing the CMOS batter and the whole reset thing but still not working.

I looked at the U10 chip but it doesn't look burnt or broken.

Emailed Beelink service, still waiting for reply.

Thanks for the reply,
Do you mean the support-PC@bee-link.com? just noticed this email, thanks.

I emailed beelinkservice@bee-link.com yesterday , and they got back to me today asking me to check something,

Thanks for the suggestion, hope to resolve this soon.
