The power supply of the external unit sits from 12 to 5 volts, (the power supplies tried different ones) inside the chip housing (MB3243I), near the input socket of the power supply is strongly heated. I am in Moscow, tell me where can I be repaired? Or at least buy a chip, I'll rewrite myself.

Did you replace the capacitor with new one or just removed it?
My X45 stopped working yesterday, power button only lights up for a second when I plug the power adapter. When I press it the CPU fan start running for split second then stops.
I tried the removing the CMOS batter and the whole reset thing but still not working.
I looked at the U10 chip but it doesn't look burnt or broken.
