could you tried to replace the hdmi cable?

Yes, it was one of the first things I tried even though my HDMI cables are new.   I have 2 x 5m version of these I tried with: https://www.amazon.co.uk/deleyCO ... hite/dp/B0757YPGDC/

But I do not think this is a hardware issue, it is a software issue.  Using same HDMI cable:

Boot CoreElec = ok
Boot 910P0 firmware = problem is there

I have flashed firmware from PC with usb cable twice but problem is still there.

Did you add/change code for HDMI/CEC/ARC or frequency changes in firmware that could cause it?

Sometimes the problem lasts for more than a few seconds and my tv says the input is not a format it understands, which is very unusual for a HDMI connected device.

Like I say, if I bypass your firmware with CoreElec booting from sdcard, there is no problem with HDMI or screen going blank.  There are some other issues where CoreElec plays some things at a weird speed (their problem, not yours)  and the fact I want to boot android to check mail and things so booting to CoreElec is not a permanent fix for me.

I have no hardware fault with HDMI cables that work fine on other hardware I tested on too.  My tv is fine.

Problem is with the Beelink gt pro box and I think its the software/firmware.  Maybe a small chance the firmware change made a small hardware fault show more.  My money is on the firmware though.

sorry, our current plan for you is that you first flash back the firmware version that will not cause problems. The firmware you used to flash 910P0 through usb is not suitable for your s/n code. We will soon launch a new one for s922h Firmware version, you can then directly upgrade to the latest

我的机顶盒有同样的问题,909、910、911固件都试过了。每次都是清除数据刷机的。
请问售后能安排返厂维修吗?
