gt-king pro problems

i bought gt-king pro android 9, 910P0_wol (remote: Ari W) and update to latest version 2020/05 and factory reset and  i saw some bugs :
1. remote controller mouse Can't focus on 'access' ask popup in permission request.
2. remote controller  Can't change speed after update to latest version , but before can.
3. screen scalle not keep. after restart you most try to fix to 92.
4. after add app to header app list , wifi and location icon show out of box.
5. remote controller  turn on/off button many time not work.(i changed it to sleep mode) and you most  turn off mouse mode , before press turn off button.
6. can't hide footer touch button always.
7. security patch for 2018, really?
8. screen is 7 inch , why? , some apps need to be screen more than 10 , to show tablet mode.
9. device is very hot , 55C°.(when not used), in sleep mode.
10. are you really? , why Launcher is bull sheet?  ، why debug always enabled? , why sound recorder installed but not in app list? and etc.
11. and , why google chrome not show menu (copy link , open in new tab and ...)when mouse click keeped on url link?


please , please , fix bugs , or realase new firmware
i am android developer and i think software(your custom android 9) is bull sheet , other android boxs(inexpensive) very very better User Interface.
