GT1 Ultimate error 5.1

Hello, I bought a TV box GT1 Ultimate and I installed the application HBO GO on it. When I want to see any movie in this application I see error 5.1 and does not run the movie.
Please tell me how I can fix this problem.

Hello,
I did a little search about HBOGo and it looks like it is only supported on very few devices, Also it is restricted to limited regions only.
Maybe you can ask HBO Go team to explain Error 5.1 in details so we can look into it , as I tried searching for error 5.1 and it did not give me any clear explanation.

Can you try the hbogo kodi plugin and see if that works?
Plugin is also limited to 2 regions atm
