Hi All,
Im new to GT King Pro. Please help me.
Facing Ethernet could not connect problem.
Already off wifi in setting,
- change to other router port,
- change cables,
- connect directly to LAN cable (by pass router)
- change router IP and DNS to auto configuration.
- Update device  latest software.
Still unable to connect ethernet using LAN cable.
Able to connect using wifi

Helllo, you can try to re-burn the firmware via USB. If the firmware still cannot be used normally after re-burning the firmware, please contact the seller for replacement. There may be a problem with the Ethernet port.
