I have GT1 Ultimate tv box. One day some app froze and I turned power off and on. After turning power on, I had no signal on TV and it’s been like that ever since. I contacted Beelink service and they gave different 2 images (GT1_709D0.img and GT1_708D0) to try flashing with USB Burning Tool. However, USB Burning Tool always gets stuck at 7% formatting with the following error:
error: [0x32030201]Uboot/Get result/DiskInitial error.

I tried every possible combination (different ports, power on/no power after reset, force erase, etc).
I also tried making bootable sd card with Burn card maker using those images but it didn’t help either – UART output provided.

Can youtell me based on the UART logs below what is going on and suggest steps to debug/resolve it?

The interesting part is that every time UART output stops at these two lines. When I googled those lines, it seems other people tv boxes logs(different brands) have more output following them but in my case it always stops at those lines:
emmc/sd response timeout, cmd8, status=0x1ff2800
emmc/sd response timeout, cmd55, status=0x1ff2800

Here is the UART output with normal operation – endless loop:
  1. GXM:BL1:dc8b51:76f1a5;FEAT:ADFC318C:80;POC:3;RCY:0;EMMC:0;READ:800;SD:800;USB:8;LOOP:1;EMMC:0;READ:800;SD:800;USB:8; ...(repeats endlessly)
Copy the Code

Can someone from Beelink finally reply to it? I provided all logs possible and you should be able tell me what is going on based on them to since you program these boxes.

Mate, those guys do not respect their customers at all.

Don't expect them to come back to us.

We have to accept that our devices are bricked and never buy a beelink again.

I think the OP have posted the same thing on around all the other tv box forums and no one have responded to it.

If you have warranty then you can try to get a warranty claim. It is better to just write an email to beelink after sales service department.
With the logs it looks like the emmc chip is failing and it is very hard to know with just this log alone.

Best is to contact the seller where you bought this and ask for warranty claim.Good Luck.

UPDATE: I see that the op already have another thread with the same question where beelink have replied but the issue is not resolved yet.

I tried emailing beelink service mulitple times. First time they replied with links to those firmwares and when I said they did not work, they even suggested to send in the unit for repair. However, when I actually wanted to send it in, they stopped replying and have been ignoring my emails ever since. Thanks a lot for looking at the logs. I'm wondering whether other users would have similar UART logs since I have seen a bunch of them facing the same issue with no progress with flashing past 7%. I think that Beelink screwed up something in GT1 since others like me didn't tinker with flashing firmwares and as a result, their box got bricked but it got bricked out of nowhere with normal usage.

Ok I think @beelink can help you get in contact with the after sales service.

@beelink is not helping anyone and the aftersales team never responds to any email.

we have been left alone with bricked devices that we did not brick.
