I dont hear any sound from the box , the only way I can hear the sound to plug in the speaker. dies the box come with a speaker. really frustrated with this BT4 now.

Have you tried other sound devices after installing all the drivers? If there is still no sound after trying all the operations, please contact the seller for refund.
